Kris has been rowing and coaching rowing for over 20 years. To say he is passionate about the sport is an understatement. When he's not coaching rowing he works as Chartered Accountant.

Drew hails from Ontario where he got his start in Rowing. Drew has been rowing and coaching for over 15 years and has many accolades to his name.
